This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by TheDogFatherGrooming, (“TheDogFatherGrooming,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the site or to products and services available through the Site or from TheDogFatherGrooming. Accessing the site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions of use on the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified. 

• Clients are responsible for disclosing any known health issues, behavioral concerns, or special requirements for their pets before the grooming session.
• By posting or submitting any material (including, without limitation, comments, blog entries, Facebook posts, photos and videos) to us on the Site, internet groups, social media venues, or to any of our staff via email, text or otherwise, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your post or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material; and that you are thirteen years of age or older.
• You agree at all times to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TheDogFatherGrooming its affiliates, their successors, transferees, assignees and licensees and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, agents, associates, officers, directors, shareholders and employees of each from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, representation or covenant set forth herein.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to the full value of the appointment prior to rescheduling or canceling.
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

 Payment Terms 

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, email money transfer.
• Prices are subject to change based on the size and condition of the pet, as well as any additional services requested.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet exhibits aggressive behavior or poses a risk to our groomers. In such cases, we will discuss alternative options with you.
• By using our services, you confirm that your pet is up to date on vaccinations and free from any contagious diseases.

• We may take photos/videos of your pet during the grooming process for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your pet’s photo to be used, please notify us in advance.

• Please discuss any specific grooming preferences or styles with us before the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee results beyond our professional expertise.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

• TheDogFatherGrooming reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website and will take effect upon posting.
